Terms and Conditions

Site Rules
1. All parties must treat each other with 'Respect' and 'Act Professional' at all times. If a Customer / Sponsor disrespects: my website or any of my Customers / Sponsors, my staff and or friends. I Tyler Chamberlin, will remove your site from my site and will put you on the 'Ban List'. No Refunds, if you disrespect someone!
2. If a potential Customer / Sponsor has an issue, complaint or a suggestion. Please contact Tyler via the phone or email.
3. All customers will be notified if the 'Terms and Conditions' ever change. I understand I may lose a sponsor or two. If I do change anything, I will offer a full refund if you disagree with the new 'Terms and Conditions' in any way, shape or form. I will also place a time stamp on the top of page so you can see when it was last updated. If you wish to have a hard copy, I can print out or email you the 'Terms and Conditions' so you have a hard copy in your hands. I have also added a print screen button so you can print it out at any time you wish. Changing the 'Contract' is the only time a refund can be offered. Please read Why is Sale Final?
4. Please re-read the 'Terms and Conditions' again fully before entering another contract, act like you are a new customer.
5. No one is obligated to buy any: books, photography or any service that 'Chamberlin Services' provides. I offer discounts based on contract status. If you wish to buy my photography, the code does expire so use before your contract runs out. You can use that code unlimited amount of times. The 'Chamberlin Services' could be a family member's services. I still ask that you check them out and keep them in mind in future for your events.
6. If you want to advertise for another company you own, a family member's company or a friend's company on your account, please let me know. I am more than willing to work out a deal. Every circumstance is different. You can tell others about your experience, so it helps both your company and your friends company. "Word of mouth goes a long way in marketing and sales!"
7. I offer a lower discount to family or close friends.

9. About my pricing. I know it may look slightly expensive but if you think about it this way 3 Months is 90 days. Now $400 divided by 90 is $4.44 a day. Trying to offer cheap effective marketing for Customers / Sponsors so they keep coming back. It helps me out and the company. Plus, if you do it right under your taxes you can get a write-off. Just a pointer to help new business people out.
10. All Customers / Sponsors will get an email that will let them know when their contract is up and all the details involving the 'Advertisement'. Emails have built in Time Stamps and Date / Times. This will help defend both myself and the Customer / Sponsor in court. If no email was sent please request it, I may forget from time to time.
Getting on the 'Ban List' is never a good thing. If I was ever in the wrong, I will wave the fee and offer you a free year contract. Although you are on the 'Ban List' I do forgive once. Once you are acting professional and respecting everyone I will start your special conditions. Once you meet my conditions you may be able to pay again. Since every condition can be different. I will reinforce my rules and take haste like actions to protect my Customers / Sponsors to keep them happy.
Fee's: A $500.00 buy out fee is required! This $500.00 fee is non negotiable and is non refundable. Why so high? It is there to remind people that I want 'Loyal' and 'Respectful' Customers / Sponsors. There is no ways around it, it is in place for a reason. If you have abused a Customer(s) / Sponsor(s) or their website(s). A letter 'Must' be sent directly to them. I will call to confirm your apology was accepted before I accept any payments from you.
Please Note: This $500.00 fee is not included in the new contract fee. Once you pay the $500.00 you must then pay the contract fee.
If you wish to have it removed that second for any reason, I will do so when I get home next. Please contact me via phone. Please see the last two points as well to help answer some of your questions. You may be very upset with me. Please Note: If you swear or disrespect me I will hang up and ignore your complaints. Please act professionally and things will be done quicker.
1 Year Contract ($2.33 / Day)

• All Companies 'Must' give a '50 x 150 Logo w Transparency' to my email. Once I have your image I can link it properly to my site.
• With this package you get '1 Free Published Book' that is published on my website. It will be a Hard Cover Book.
• You will get 5 Free Notepads (50 pages per book).
• 1 Free Mug w Name and Company Logo on it
• I use a site called VistaPrint. If you wish, you can look at that website to help your company out a bit. It is cheap and easy.
6 Month Contract ($3.01 / Day)

• When under contract it is your job to 'review' the updated contract date. (If changed I will notify ASAP).

• No Benefits but very cheap advertising for your company.
No! Reason why is because I want loyal customers that understand that I'm trying to help their business(es) out as much as I can. I do understand that a few customers may get a bad experience at times. Depending on the situation I 'may' add a few extra months for free or a free package bump to keep customers loyal and keep them wanting to come back after their contracts are up. I am not stupid and will pick up on lies or misleading complaints. Please do not abuse it because I do have a temporary ban list (3 months) and a forever ban list. Since it is a contract after all with a terms and conditions, best thing to do is play the contract out. So you can get the most out of your investment. Traffic flow is not guaranteed and can vary from day to day. My traffic flow may bring hundreds to thousands of clicks. However, the traffic may not want to click your link during your contract. I use Google Analytics and can print screen for you. Use your best judgement and use the 'free trial' option. I am trying to be as fair as I can. In time, I 'may' change the prices and packages around to help the customer out a bit more. Part of your contract is to 'review' the contact date often. If Updated I will always give the last updated date. Even if I change, add or remove a letter in the contract a new date will be given. If at any time I change the contract or package you will be notified ASAP. Those who have purchased a package contract and dislike the new changes I can offer a partial to a full refund. It all depends on your contact expiry date or how loyal you have been. Depending on the situation or the inconvenience I could offer a full refund. I will do my best to keep things the same.
Do to all the 'Terms and Conditions' above. I advise all my customers to read the 'Terms and Conditions' policy fully. I also advise customers to do a 'Trial Period' first before buying into a contract. This 'Trial Period' is free and customers do not have to use their credit cards. The 'Trial Period' will be '3 Months Long' and I will phone them back to see if they see any difference in sales or volume of website visits. I will gather any information to help both myself and the customer.
